About Us
VALERIE ERDMAN
Valerie Erdman founded Erdman Biotech Recruiters in 2001 and the company
has become a premier provider of recruitment services to the biotechnology
industry. She creates long term partnerships with her clients and candidates
and is often used as a resource for market information and trends. She has a
strong understanding of the technologies and drugs being developed and uses
that experience and knowledge to find the right candidates. Prior to recruiting,
she managed sales, service and marketing groups at PerkinElmer, Applied
Biosystems (now Life Technologies) and GE Healthcare/Amersham.
Valerie has a BS in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and attended
Babson College, School of Executive Education, Consortium for Executive
Development.
PATRICK JONES
Patrick Jones has been recruiting for nearly 10 yrs and has more than 25 years
of experience in the analytical instrument industry. His background includes a
variety of service and service management roles at PerkinElmer where he built,
developed and maintained successful teams in the instrument service group in
the Western Region. His area of expertise spans complex systems such as
Atomic Absorption, ICP and ICP-MS, Gas Chromatography, Thermal Analysis,
Infrared Spectroscopy, UV/Vis Spectroscopy, Liquid Chromatography and all
associated software products.
Patrick Jones holds an Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering.
