in helping our clients bring products to market, forge ahead in new markets,
and develop drugs that help the human condition.

SEARCH PROCESS

•        We work with clients to understand their specific goals and long-term
objectives.
•        We gain an in-depth perception of the management philosophy in order to
enhance our understanding of the professional profile of candidates who have
the best opportunity to make the organization succeed (Identifying candidates
with the sales, marketing, management, scientific or technical skills is only part
of our charter).
•        We believe it is imperative that the successful candidate fit and
complement a client’s environment and make significant contributions to the
team immediately.
•        Our emphasis is on our evaluation of a candidate’s long term success
potential for a particular appointment, therefore, thorough interviews are
conducted.
•        We work with the candidates to prepare business plans or word product
that can debut their skills for the opportunity that will be presented at an
interview.
•        We follow up with both the candidate and the client after the initial
interview and provide feedback.
•        We collect information from a number of sources on our candidates to
give us the confidence to present them to our clients.
•        We strategize with clients and candidates as to what an appropriate offer
may contain and present the offer when requested.
•        Once the candidate has started, we follow up with both client and                
candidate to see what the status is and provide feedback, if needed.
